Mineral Insulated Heat Trace to Pistons, Valves, Pumps, Pipes, Pipe bends and Containers for Pharmaceutical Industry are used on the heat trace for the vessels like piston, valve, pump, pipe, bend and containers where the viscous media are stored and transported. Generally speaking, during normal production, electric heat tracing does not work. Only when the equipment is not running, the electric heat tracing system is turned on to ensure that the equipment can work normally when it is restarted.
MI armoured heating cable is made of single or multiple alloy electric heating wire as heating source, insulated with high purity, high temperature, electric melting crystallization magnesium oxide, sheathed by seamless continuous stainless steel or copper tube and formed using special production process. Used in highly corrosive places, PE or low smoke halogen-free coat can be added.
This heat tracing solution is suitable for explosion-proof, anti-corrosion areas, with the advantages of cost saving, environmental protection, easy installation and long service life etc.
